The Architectural Bottleneck (Problem)
The client, an Australian mental health clinic, needed a secure, intelligent appointment management system that could reduce administrative burden and improve patient access. Key challenges included automated scheduling, voice AI agents, and strict compliance with Australian Privacy Principles (APPs) for Protected Health Information (PHI).
Our Deployment Strategy (Solution)
We developed a full-stack web application using React, Node.js, and PostgreSQL. The solution includes a user-friendly front-end, secure back-end, and integrated voice AI agents to automate routine communications and booking tasks. The entire architecture was designed with PHI security as a priority.
