The client, operating across multiple countries, faced severe data silos. Their HR, Accounts, Sales, Procurement, and nascent e-commerce operations ran on disconnected systems, leading to inefficiencies, data duplication, and an inability to gain a unified view of the business.
Our Deployment Strategy (Solution)
We undertook the complete programming and implementation of a centralized, organization-wide CRM infrastructure based on PHP/MySQL. The solution was integrated across HR, Accounts, Sales, Procurement, and E-commerce. We also designed and deployed a complete e-commerce marketplace.
